Very happy with the service. Used them twice: first time I ordered new copies for building fobs, and then second time two years later, when I lost the originsl fob, I had to mail all the copies for reprogramming. I was abroad so the mailing logístics turned out long and complicated (totally on my side). Reordered fob after 10 years, it works perfectly this time too.
Clonemykey made a fob for me about 10 years ago and it worked perfectly all this time, but just recently I lost it. I ordered a new one and they made it right away from my existing information file, no need to send anything else in. The new one arrived quickly and works perfectly too. I'm really thankful for this company, I highly recommend it!

Their cloned fobs to be better than the originals
I have used CloneMyKey several times over the years. I find their cloned fobs to be better than the originals. They also will make clones in different form factors like a wallet card instead of a key fob. The website is very good about explaining the process. Orders are processed the day received. I’m extremely pleased with the results. I ordered the Mobile Key (Style 9) and stuck it to the back of my phone. It works perfectly, even with my phone case on. All the doors in my apartment, including the door to my unit, open without any issues.
I also ordered the Traditional Key Fob (Style 52) for my sister, and it works flawlessly for her as well.

They’re wonderful w communication and customer service and I’ve always found their pricing very fair— a variety of fobs available now compared w the old days, that was nice. Super fast and easy! I had a generic key with no markings, and they were able to make keys from the code printed on the card without having to send it in. I sent my request, and had a response in about 10 min. I also like that they confirm you are the owner of the key and don’t just copy any key for anybody. I got the Keyport card and it fits perfectly with all my keys.

Great products and service! I highly recommend the Mobile Key. Instead of carry a bulky fob for home and another bulky fob for the office, converting them both to Mobile Keys that fit between my iPhone and its case is great since I will always have my phone on me. They work well and don't seem to interfere with MagSafe charging.

I really Love Bryan and the guys at Clone My Key! They are always there to accommodate me on a short notice. I always order a day or two before I need the key and it always arrives on time. I just ordered one that I needed next day and it came next day! The first time I used them, NO WHERE ELSE made the type of key I needed at the decent price except for them. I am so fortunate to have landed on their site. The only issue I've had is that our key is a dual key, inside and outside door, but they were only able to get the key to work for the inside door and I expressed that to them and they were so quick to want to fix that for me at no additional cost, however, the inside door was what I needed it for so I didn't bother, but the fact that they would've fixed it is what matters. My building changes the front locks every few years and they had switched back to a former key fob I no longer had. If I got it directly from my building I would have to pay over $100 for one key and we needed multiple. I sought out different websites and many of the options were expensive or would only allow for me to order in bulk.
I came across Clone My Key and saw that they were a reputable site and offered great pricing for new customers. I uploaded my key info along with proof of address which I definitely appreciate the extra safety precautions. In my case, I had to send out one of the key fobs I had to be copied. Unfortunately I did some bad planning on my end and sent it out during a holiday weekend causing it to take a bit longer.
When Clone My Key received it, they copied it, and sent it out the same day which made up for some lost time because of my mistake. I was a bit worried in case it didn't work but assured because they do have a warranty on them. I was relieved when it arrived and worked perfectly fine. I would never use another company
I have been a customer of CloneMyKey since 2013. They are best in the industry! Their ordering process is seamless, their customer service is outstanding (eg when one of the keys did not work, they replaced it with no hassle), they follow up on the product satisfaction and they most importantly they are fast! Oh and they are also reasonable. I would never use another company.

They not only helped me select the correct format for my replacement keycard to my complex, but they also contacted UPS for me when my card was delayed as a result of the holiday shipping season. The keycard works perfectly and saved me $100+ because I didn't have to repurchase a keycard from the original company. I would highly recommend CloneMyKey to anyone, skepticism free!

Initially we had issues to get copies to work but Bryan kept going with us for 3 months back and forth to get us working fobs. By god he finally figured it out and didn't charge extra! This dude is what any company wants on staff people who have awesome customer service skills and get the job done no matter what it takes. I would proud to recommend clone my keys to any one and would tell them all it's worth the cost to have them do the job. Now these guys have the knowledge and know how what to do if they get another set of fobs having the same issue as ours for a secure building need.

Great service!!! I had a key fob for my son's apartment duplicated by CloneMyKey. His key fob is used to open the entry door, apartment door, garage door as well as for using the elevator. At first, the duplicate key fob didn't work. Upon learning of this problem, Bryan took care of this issue and worked on solving the problem. After asking a couple of questions, he sent me one key fob and one key card to be tried. The key card was working, while the key fob wasn't. Upon knowing it, he solved the problem and sent me two different key fobs to be tried. Both of key fobs were working. I'm very happy with the result and with CloneMyKey customer service. I highly recommend this company to anyone who need to make a duplicate of their keyfobs.

At first, the duplicate key fob didn't work. Upon learning of this problem, Bryan took care of this issue and worked on solving the problem. After asking a couple of questions, he sent me one key fob and one key card to be tried. The key card was working, while the key fob wasn't. Upon knowing it, he solved the problem and sent me two different key fobs to be tried. Both of key fobs were working. I'm very happy with the result and with CloneMyKey customer service. I highly recommend this company to anyone who need to make a duplicate of their keyfobs.
