Customer Service (Brian) is phenomenol at making miracles happen by righting errors (only 1 out of 5 orders had an error; usually flawless execution and turnaournd)- to make you a loyal customer that makes you want to sing praises. Only 1 out of 20 key fobs had a weaker RFID signal than the rest; still usable, just takes a second longer to open the door.

5★Would highly recommend CMK

I just moved to a new apartment and was only given one key card to access the building. I was afraid that I would lose it or leave it inside of my apartment unit. The apartment property management company charges $100 for an extra key, if lost as well as if they need to come out to let you in to the building. I was so happy to find CMK to get additional key cards made.

Bryan from CMK was nothing but supportive and helped guide me through the process. I was initially worried about sending my one key to the company via mail and not having any way to access my building during the time I didn't have my key card. Fortunately, a work trip came up that allowed me to send my key in, while I was away. I used the 1-day rush processing option so that I could be sure to have the keys upon my return. Everything would have worked fine, if it weren't for the United States Postal Service's sloppy courier services and tracking system. When my package came up missing, Bryan was extremely helpful by getting in contact with USPS to discover what happened and rushing me out a new key card the same day that I discovered that the card had not been delivered (as guaranteed by USPS).

I think my situation with the lost package was possibly a fluke and would highly recommend CMK for anyone who needs to clone their key card.

This company is the best. I mailed my keys via USPS 1 day shipping on Mon, they received on Tuesday, cloned the keys and mailed on Wednesday and I received by Friday (would've received on Thursday but USPS delayed delivery). They were even nice about the late delivery so they refunded me for expedited shipping. They're response time for customer inquiries is no joke - I think less than 2 hours every time I sent a follow-up email. My key type wasn't on their high success rate list, but they were able still able to clone it 🙂 I've been telling all my family/friends about this - especially since so many newer buildings use these fob keys now.

5★Above And Beyond

I needed to clone a key that contained both RFID and iButton components. I mentioned in my notes that I thought the iButton part couldn't be cloned, and they wrote back to tell me that they could do it! The iButton cloning service is still in beta, but the cloned keys all work perfectly, as do the RFID fobs. This is communication and service above and beyond what I had expected, and has saved me an incredible amount of trouble. These guys seem to be the only company providing these services right now, but they sure don't act like it!

I recently moved to a new apartment building and they gave me 2 Indala fobs. I needed an additional one for my son when he comes home from school but the leasing office said no and they can't even sell them. Luckily I found this website and it was so perfect. Thanks to CloneMyKey.com I don't have to carry around a key chain anymore! I moved to New York, gave up my car and moved into an apartment that is equipped with electronic locks.
