Although they are out of state I was willing to give them a chance because I had no other options. I found CloneMyKey after doing some research online. I wanted a duplicate gate key to keep in a second vehicle without having to pay $50 to my apartment complex. I was not sure if my key would be able to be duplicated via photo since there was not a brand name visible on it. I used CloneMyKey's free service that allows you to send a picture, and they will tell you within a business day if it is able to be duplicated via picture. Once I got that verification, I sent in an order for two key fobs. My order was processed almost immediately, and my fobs arrived from across the country within about 3 or 4 days. They offer a refund if your keys do not work, so I felt safe in taking a chance. I'm so glad I did because my keys work! Was recommended their services by a friend who let me try out their clone for a few weeks. Super convenient mail-in process and online website - instructions were clear and easy to understand. Got my clones only a few days after I sent them- less than a week for the entire process which was awesome considering it was the week between Christmas and NYE. I just want to say Thank You for the key fob duplicates. I love that I got an approval response back within 1 hour, upon submitting a picture of my original fob. I love that once I paid for my order, copies were made and mailed out same-day, and arrived quickly in the mail. All without needing me to mail in my original. ...How convenient, quick and easy. Most importantly, the key fobs worked! I love having Extras so that I always have Access, no matter which set of keys I grab.

Lastly, I'm really happy I went with the Epoxy Slim style 11. It cost a few more dollars but looks really nice on my key chain and adds very little bulk. I got the Lifetime Warranty and Reprograming option for $5 extra per fob also, for peace of mind. What more could I ask for?

Great products and service! I highly recommend the Mobile Key. Instead of carry a bulky fob for home and another bulky fob for the office, converting them both to Mobile Keys that fit between my iPhone and its case is great since I will always have my phone on me. They work well and don't seem to interfere with MagSafe charging.

I really Love Bryan and the guys at Clone My Key! They are always there to accommodate me on a short notice. I always order a day or two before I need the key and it always arrives on time. I just ordered one that I needed next day and it came next day! The first time I used them, NO WHERE ELSE made the type of key I needed at the decent price except for them. I am so fortunate to have landed on their site. The only issue I've had is that our key is a dual key, inside and outside door, but they were only able to get the key to work for the inside door and I expressed that to them and they were so quick to want to fix that for me at no additional cost, however, the inside door was what I needed it for so I didn't bother, but the fact that they would've fixed it is what matters. I know for sure I will be getting all my key fob and access card replacements with them from now on! They got the keys the keys the keys!!!!!

I never write reviews, but this company is awesome. They really helped fix a solution when my building wouldn't loan us another fob, and I had to have someone check in on my animal. I have been a customer of CloneMyKey since 2013. They are best in the industry! Their ordering process is seamless, their customer service is outstanding (eg when one of the keys did not work, they replaced it with no hassle), they follow up on the product satisfaction and they most importantly they are fast! So glad I found this site! I manage an Airbnb and my guests sometimes lose the key fob and I hate having to go through my HOA each time to get a new one. Reluctantly, I have had to send in my original keys. Absolutely no worries there! The original key was handled securely and returned securely. What Fantastic service!! I sent my original Key via USPS Express, which guaranteed next day delivery, but USPS stuffed it up and it took an extra day to get there, but once received, CloneMyKey were able to send out the copies the same day, and I received them the next day. Despite the USPS stuff up, I sent my original key on Monday and received my order on Thursday, and the duplicates work as good as the original.

At first I was skeptical that this service was going to work, but I was completely proven wrong! The customer service team was so helpful throughout the entire process. They not only helped me select the correct format for my replacement keycard to my complex, but they also contacted UPS for me when my card was delayed as a result of the holiday shipping season. Sent my key fob in for our building in Dallas Texas to make copy as our land lord was charging us an arm and a leg. Initially we had issues to get copies to work but Bryan kept going with us for 3 months back and forth to get us working fobs. By god he finally figured it out and didn't charge extra! This dude is what any company wants on staff people who have awesome customer service skills and get the job done no matter what it takes. I have a multi-frequency FOB I needed copied and after another vendor failed, I reached out to CloneMyKey.

CloneMyKey explained to me that most apartment FOBs have a low frequency for elevator, gym, front door of building,etc. and a high-frequency for your apartment door.

The other company was able to copy only the low. CloneMyKey made a perfect copy of the COB the very first time and got both low and high.

They turned it around on same day they received it.

So after searching for a company to duplicate my key I was led to their site. Since I had an encrypted key nobody really knew how to duplicate it locally. These guys claimed they could do it. I did some searches online and they seemed legit even offering insurance on lost keys so I sent in my key and not even a week later I got my order back. The new Keys i got worked perfect and my life has made a little bit easier lol. I would recommend them to others and I will be buying more keys in the future.
