Superb service. I ordered a fob and they processed and mailed it the same day it was received on site. Absolutely perfect service, and the fob works perfectly.

One note - when shipping the original fob key to CloneMyKey, it is likely best to ship it via recorded delivery, as regular mail can take several business days. That was my own fault, and wanted to pass that on as advice.

Management was not having any of that, hilarious considering that if someone gets locked out on a weekend they have to find somewhere else to sleep until Monday morning. Enter CloneMyKey. I spent an absurd amount on expedited shipping since I had to stay away from home to get it done (due to not having the one key) and wanted to be sure it wouldn't take any longer, and it arrived exactly when it was supposed to and worked perfectly. My apartment uses a particularly fancy ibutton with a proximity chip so I wasn't sure it could be done, and was so thrilled when it worked. It's a huge relief to have a copy of my key in general for emergencies, and relieves a lot of hassle as far as my significant other needing to get in to grab things from my place/lock the door behind him/ feed my cat/ whatever. My apartment building is synonymous for charging ridiculous fees for a lost key fob. With this being the case I I knew it would be a good idea to have a backup copy made. I came across this company as a good place to get the job done. The reviews were all pretty good and I must agree with them. The service from start to finish was straight forward and quick. I printed out the form filled it out, put my key in the mail to them and they returned it with my copy very quickly. Very fast turn around with this service and I highly recommend them.

5★Would highly recommend CMK

I just moved to a new apartment and was only given one key card to access the building. I was afraid that I would lose it or leave it inside of my apartment unit. The apartment property management company charges $100 for an extra key, if lost as well as if they need to come out to let you in to the building. I was so happy to find CMK to get additional key cards made.

Bryan from CMK was nothing but supportive and helped guide me through the process. I was initially worried about sending my one key to the company via mail and not having any way to access my building during the time I didn't have my key card. Fortunately, a work trip came up that allowed me to send my key in, while I was away. I used the 1-day rush processing option so that I could be sure to have the keys upon my return. Everything would have worked fine, if it weren't for the United States Postal Service's sloppy courier services and tracking system. When my package came up missing, Bryan was extremely helpful by getting in contact with USPS to discover what happened and rushing me out a new key card the same day that I discovered that the card had not been delivered (as guaranteed by USPS).

I think my situation with the lost package was possibly a fluke and would highly recommend CMK for anyone who needs to clone their key card.

This company is the best. I mailed my keys via USPS 1 day shipping on Mon, they received on Tuesday, cloned the keys and mailed on Wednesday and I received by Friday (would've received on Thursday but USPS delayed delivery). They were even nice about the late delivery so they refunded me for expedited shipping. They're response time for customer inquiries is no joke - I think less than 2 hours every time I sent a follow-up email. My key type wasn't on their high success rate list, but they were able still able to clone it 🙂 I've been telling all my family/friends about this - especially since so many newer buildings use these fob keys now.

I ordered the key fob, the promotional wristband and both authenticate faster than my original Keri fob. The fob is as thin as and almost as long as a normal house key, which fits better on my key ring, than my Keri fob. I sent my Keri fob into their facility using USPS 2 day priority on a Tuesday morning, I received it the following Monday in the afternoon, using standard service and free shipping. They shipped it back in a regular looking padded envelope, with CMK-LLC as the return address header. I am very happy with the service and products they provide. Thank you CloneMyKey!

I sent my key fob and within a few days received my copies back. My original key came back broken I believe due to my own fault and when I emailed Clone, they were more than willing to give me a clone replacement at a huge discount but I didn't take them up on the offer due to the clones working just as good. Again, I believe it was me that broke the original but the very fact that clonemykey was so responsive and willing to help me in any way, I felt happy that their customer service was so good.

I needed another key fob, however, the apartment management would not give me more than two. I wanted a third one for my boyfriend and took to the internet to see if there was a way to get another key fob. I found CloneMyKey and researched the company. All I could find was positives reviews which made me skeptical but now I know why they have great reviews. I sent in my key fob in and I got an email when they received it on Tuesday. I received my new key fob on Monday. I did not feel like I was in the dark during the whole process which I appreciated. The key worked and my boyfriend doesn't have to wait for me to open the door anymore. The only complaint I would have is having to pay to remove the logo.

Just moved into a building with a key fob entry, and was given only one. Building management charges $75 per duplicate, which I was unhappy about because I wanted one for my boyfriend and another for visitors and the cat sitter. Plugged my problem into Google, and I was able to get TWO duplicates for less than $75 from CloneMyKey, even paying $5 extra per fob for free lifetime reprogramming.

I mailed my key in on a Tuesday, they confirmed they received it on Thursday, and mailed it back to me on Friday. Tracking originally had it arriving to me the next Monday, but there was a USPS delay (not on CMK's end), and it came on Wednesday. And this is with standard shipping. Not terrible!

Called them to ask for questions about my key. Finally, I received the new copy and my original, it works just FINE, I m so happy I chose this small but great customer service company. I just moved into my sister's apartment in Austin, Texas and the management refused to give us a second key. We decided to do it ourselves and found CloneMyKey on Google.
