This is a hugely valuable service
Tried the online-only order option (ie. you don't mail them an original). The fobs arrived quickly, but wouldn't register. Within a day of contacting them, the replacement had shipped, and is now working flawlessly.
Customer service was excellent, and for a fraction of the cost of "official" duplicate FOBs, this is a hugely valuable service.

The service was very fast and convenient
The service was very fast and convenient. I was freaking out about having to send my key, but they were super responsive online. I would absolutely recommend them if you are looking for an extra fob.

I am so glad I found this company. I have two condos which use RFID and both charge an arm and leg for extra fobs. CloneMyKey will give about 5 fobs for the price of 1. And they they're smaller as a bonus. They are also very responsive by email.

Excellent instructions and service. New keys are WAY better than older ones, and a good investment for city-dwellers. If you can spare mailing a FOB, I would definitely recommend this service.

Good turn around time, took about 1 week from sending out my original to receiving everything back. Customer service is great, they got back in touch almost immediately. I've been using the key for about a week now, still working great!

Customer Service (Brian) is phenomenol at making miracles happen by righting errors (only 1 out of 5 orders had an error; usually flawless execution and turnaournd)- to make you a loyal customer that makes you want to sing praises. Only 1 out of 20 key fobs had a weaker RFID signal than the rest; still usable, just takes a second longer to open the door.

Shipping/handling was very fast
The fobs they sent back were very thin, tear-drop shaped plastic about 2 inches long (i.e., exactly as seen on the site) that are hopefully strong enough to survive normal wear-and-tear. They work as advertised and shipping/handling was very fast. I'm satisfied.
