I ordered the key fob, the promotional wristband and both authenticate faster than my original Keri fob. The fob is as thin as and almost as long as a normal house key, which fits better on my key ring, than my Keri fob. I sent my Keri fob into their facility using USPS 2 day priority on a Tuesday morning, I received it the following Monday in the afternoon, using standard service and free shipping. They shipped it back in a regular looking padded envelope, with CMK-LLC as the return address header. I am very happy with the service and products they provide. Thank you CloneMyKey!

I sent my key fob and within a few days received my copies back. My original key came back broken I believe due to my own fault and when I emailed Clone, they were more than willing to give me a clone replacement at a huge discount but I didn't take them up on the offer due to the clones working just as good. Again, I believe it was me that broke the original but the very fact that clonemykey was so responsive and willing to help me in any way, I felt happy that their customer service was so good.

Called them to ask for questions about my key. Finally, I received the new copy and my original, it works just FINE, I m so happy I chose this small but great customer service company. I just moved into my sister's apartment in Austin, Texas and the management refused to give us a second key. We decided to do it ourselves and found CloneMyKey on Google. We rushed shipping via USPS(sent out on Monday, received Thursday). Service was expedient and communication was great. Needless to say, the key duplication works and we are happy customers!

They kindly suggest a review instead of nagging you. If I need a similar service again, I'll use them again, guaranteed.

I haven't believed till the end that it would work and was pleased when all duplicates (fob and sticker) activated the elevator in my building. Absolutely no complains about service. Quick and easy. Thank you guys for making my life easier!

As annoying as it was to part withy my FOB for a week, I'm now very pleased with my decision to have done so. In retrospect, I do wish I hadn't skimped on the shipping costs both ways. I paid for Priority mail, but next time I would do next day.
I got the "Sticker" and tagged on the Strap version for only an extra 10 bucks. I think that was worth it. FYI, I had planned to store the "Sticker" between my iPhone and the case..however, it will not work through the case. So, while I have been storing it there, I have to take it out of the case every time to use it.All in all, I highly recommend.

The fobs work perfectly. Online ordering was simple. I sent my fob using FedEx on a Tuesday evening and had my new fobs Friday noon via free USPS first class mail.
Above And Beyond
I needed to clone a key that contained both RFID and iButton components. I mentioned in my notes that I thought the iButton part couldn't be cloned, and they wrote back to tell me that they could do it! The iButton cloning service is still in beta, but the cloned keys all work perfectly, as do the RFID fobs. This is communication and service above and beyond what I had expected, and has saved me an incredible amount of trouble. These guys seem to be the only company providing these services right now, but they sure don't act like it!

Absolutely No Complaints
The cloned RFID that I received (two of them) have worked wonderfully. I had the clones made to be able to have a keychain RFID rather than the card that we were issued for the complex.
The turnaround on CloneMyKey's side of things was exactly as predicted and I have no complaints about the process, price, or results.
