I wanted a duplicate copy of the access card for my entrance gate. They have good security procedures to ensure no unauthorized duplication. I ordered a another key for a different lock and I had to send my original key in to the company in order for it to be cloned. Again, super happy. I got my original back and the clone promptly. I had a question along the way and Bryan was very professional and helpful. 5 stars. Go for it.
