Cloned by keys twice. First by physically sending them in. Second is, by using the first order number. They store the data so it is incredibly easy to re-order keys. Great customer service, super quick service. I recommend them to everyone.

They are incredible - it works, I've used them three times, I LOVE the stickers (as opposed to ordering just FOBs). Delivery is quick, as promised. I get the impression this is a very well-run, GOOD company.

I've used Clone my Key twice now, and can say this is a great company. The team replied quickly to my emails, and answered all my questions. Once you fill out the simple form and mail your key to them, they have it mailed back to you the next day. Great prices, and even offer things like cool wristbands if you want to go running but don't want the hastle of carrying a key fob.

I've used these guys twice now to get transponders for use in my apartment complex (gate, gym, pool, etc.). They're unbelievably quick and reliable, and, most importantly, the product works like a charm. Add to this that their customer service is phenomenal and you've got a great business!

Customer Service (Brian) is phenomenol at making miracles happen by righting errors (only 1 out of 5 orders had an error; usually flawless execution and turnaournd)- to make you a loyal customer that makes you want to sing praises. Only 1 out of 20 key fobs had a weaker RFID signal than the rest; still usable, just takes a second longer to open the door.

If I could give this company 20 stars I would. My landlord told us that we could only have 1 card so I googled and found this company. When you buy a house that has changed owners a few times, the security gate details can get lost. The company that installed it can go out of business. The subsequent owners can be clueless about who did what.
So, pay a couple of thousand bucks to start all over with a new system - or, clone the existing fobs. Thanks for saving time, money and frustration. You guys rock.
