I am so impressed with this company: I had been looking to copy my fobs since I often have guests and my landlord wanted to charge me $200 a pop. The website is extremely user friendly and best of all, Bryan in Customer Service provided exemplary service - the USPS bungled my express mail and delivered my package a day late to Wisconsin. The folks at CloneMyKey processed my order immediately and sent it out the same day! I got my package the next day, Saturday, and I could not be more pleased. Don't hesitate for a second: these guys deliver a fabulous product at a wonderful price and the customer service is the best!

5★It's Real And It Works Great

I recently moved to a new apartment building and they gave me 2 Indala fobs. I needed an additional one for my son when he comes home from school but the leasing office said no and they can't even sell them. Luckily I found this website and it was so perfect. I sent the original on Monday, they received and sent it back on Tuesday and I received it by Wednesday and it works perfect. Problem solved, great communication and service. Really really good.

5★Perfect Solution

Thanks to CloneMyKey.com I don't have to carry around a key chain anymore! I moved to New York, gave up my car and moved into an apartment that is equipped with electronic locks.

The issue was that my landlord gave me a key fob, which wouldn't fit in my wallet. With overnight shipping I got my key fob copied to a key card in 2 days. It fit nicely into my wallet.

I am very satisfied with the key fob and key cards I purchased from CMK. The original that I sent them was returned to me an excellent condition along with the copies that I ordered. The copies work perfectly. I found it easier to communicate with CMK by email rather than by phone. Their email replies to my questions were courteous and helpful.

4★Even with the complaints, I would use them again and will recommend them to friends.

It really couldn't have been easier. I got my card back quickly and it works perfectly. I also love the fact that they have stored the data from the card so I can order copies in the future without having to send the card back in.

I do, however, have two complaints (for which I knocked off a star, although I would have only knocked off 1/2 a star if I could have because I think they are really only minor complaints):
(1) the card comes with their name emblazoned on it. For those of us who do not want to advertise that our card has been cloned, this is a problem. I did not appreciate their wanting $4.99 to remove the logo. I really don't like having to pay NOT to advertise for them. In the end, I didn't pay the fee because I figured a way around it but it still annoys me.
(2) At $29.99, the price just to clone one card is a bit steep. I suppose, the fact that I still paid it means that it was not too steep but I would still have preferred to pay about half that (of course, free would have been better!)

Even with the complaints, I would use them again and will recommend them to friends.
